Organic Goods Certifcate Form
OGC Certificates must be filled out by the exporter and returned to NCO for authorisation prior to the shipment date of the produce.
You must obtain your OGC number prior to completing this form, click here to obtain an OGC (you will need your ExportID to log in).
Please follow the instructions provided for each field and ensure you have completed all the required fields on the smart form. Once the smart form has been submitted, you will receive an automatically generated email from NCO.
The email will contain a pre-filled OGC document, containing information inputted to the smart form. Please check that the OGC is correct and then sign and date it.
The OGC then needs to be sent to exports@ncocertifiedorganic.com.au along with the necessary supporting documents. The NCO exports team will then process your OGC request, undertaking the standard process.
